Since 2007 I have been working on myself and Growing By Degrees is a reflection of my passion for development and growth of all kinds
Hi There,

Let me introduce myself, My name is Cerian, which is a welsh name and confuses most people who try to pronounce it.
I immigrated to Canada from the UK which may explain some of my alternative spellings as I drift between Canadian, English, and American.
I share my life with my husband of 26 years, and a 13 year old furbaby who I need no encouragement to talk about.
Oh,if you got this far, my name sounds like Ker-ee-an.
My journey
In 2010, After a lifetime of feeling like a square peg in a round hole, I decided to stop trying to be all things to all people, and to fit a preconceived mould. I decided to be ME. Since 2007 I have been working on myself and Growing By Degrees is a reflection of my passion for development and growth of all kinds. Part of this passion is also sharing and educating others about Seasonal Affective Disorder.
